If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it within 31 DAYS for a FREE EXCHANGE, or within 14 DAYS for a FULL REFUND. We are always happy to answer your questions regarding sizing or returns at service@fauxaffairs.com
Our jackets are meant to fit perfectly. If you need a different size, color, or model, we give you 31 DAYS to use our FREE exchange service within the entire EU.
This includes free outbound and return shipping, exchange for your desired product, and return shipping to you. Simply enter our RETURNS PORTAL with your order number and choose "FREE EXCHANGE" from the dropdown menu for your item.
Then, simply enter your exchange request (item name or size) in the "NOTE" field below. Request your free GLS return label via email, if this service is available in your country. If it does not work, please just contact us at service@fauxaffairs.com and we will arrange it for you.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer all customers a 14-day right of withdrawal. Please ensure that the returned product is unworn, without perfume or odor traces, and is returned with the label and original packaging, as otherwise resale is not possible for us, and we cannot accept the return.
Simply log in to our returns portal and follow the instructions. For returns from Germany and Austria, we provide GLS return labels for a small fee of €6.50. For returns from all other countries, please choose a carrier of your choice at your own expense.
For our customers from Switzerland, the USA, and other non-EU countries, returns of customs-cleared orders are possible with us. If it is not an exchange, we must withhold 40 Euros due to incurred and non-refundable export costs. This flat fee corresponds to a small portion of the customs costs that FAUX AFFAIRS has paid for the export of shipments.
As a company, we subsidize the incurred costs as much as possible to provide an uncomplicated return option for fully customs-cleared exports. The flat fee represents only a small part of the customs costs incurred.
